T&Cs

1. All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist in perpetuity and may not be reproduced or printed in any form without his express written permission.

 

2. The Artist retains legal title to all artwork until such time as the fee agreed is paid in full.

 

3. The artist will supply the customer with regular photographic updates whilst the work is in progress.

 

4a. CANCELLATION: The customer may cancel at any time at no cost to themselves, even if the painting has been completed, (but is not mounted and/or framed).

 

4b. If the painting has been mounted and/or framed at the time of cancellation, then the full fee is payable.

 

4c. If the order is cancelled, the artist will retain legal and intellectual title to the work and may, at his discretion, complete the painting, exhibit, sell or copy the work, irrespective of the subject matter and without any model release or consent from the subject or customer being required.

 

5. PAYMENT is by cash or via Paypal only and must be made prior to the painting being delivered/handed over.

6. DELIVERY. Paintings are dispatched by courier and a standard fee of £5 is charged. If you require a specific carrier or delivery time, please contact us for a delivery quote. Large paintings may incur a higher charge. 

Gallery Purchases

2. The Artist retains legal title to all artwork until such time as the purchase price is paid in full.

3. PAYMENT is  via PayPal only and must be made prior to the painting being dispatched. Payment should be made to www.paypal.me/petercaulfield

4. REFUNDS. Every care will be taken to ensure your painting is packaged to withstand transportation. In the unlikely event it is received damaged, please email a photograph of the damage to petercaulfield@ic24.net, at which time a refund will be considered. If only the glass is damaged, you are welcome to arrange for it to be re-glazed locally and have the cost refunded. In which case, please email a copy of your receipt to petercaulfield@ic24.net

Gift Certificates

1. Certificates can only be used for part or full payment of artworks. No refund of underspends will be given.

2. When using a gift certificate for full payment, this can include the delivery charge. For example, a £50 voucher can be used to pay for a £45 painting plus the £5 delivery charge.

Gift Certificates are not transferable and must be redeemed by the person named on the voucher.
